I ordered a pair of size 7 boots but ended up receiving a Junior XL size instead. When I reached out to get this fixed, I got a condescending email back saying it would be more 'eco-friendly' for me to just keep the wrong size! They even claimed the sizes were 'approximately similar.' Well, I didn’t order or pay for something that’s just 'approximately' right. This kind of arrogant reply really shows what this company is all about.

We've bought a bunch of wetsuits for our kids from Watersports Warehouse (WW). One of the wetsuits came in a color we didn't pick, but overall, it’s been a pretty solid experience.

Our most recent order, though, was a bit of a hassle. We didn’t get a shipping confirmation from WW, which made us think our order was stuck. About two weeks after placing the order, I reached out to WW to find out when we could expect our package. They replied with a Track and Trace number, letting us know it shipped on October 26th.

For some reason, the local postal service didn’t notify us that they attempted to deliver it on October 30th. It wasn’t until I got in touch with WW on November 8th that I found out the package was sitting at the local post office, about to be sent back.

WW has an awesome selection and they respond quickly to emails, so we’ll definitely be shopping at Watersports Warehouse again! 😊

We ordered a couple of Cressi Travellight BCDs with separate purchases, and the crew at Watersports Warehouse noticed the same delivery address. They quickly refunded the extra charge for next day delivery on one of the orders, which really shows their integrity and attention to detail.

The BCDs showed up well-packaged and on time, just like we expected. We haven't had a chance to test them in the water yet, but so far, everything looks good. We'll surely be back for more since the service was fantastic!

I took it for a spin last night, swimming a mile in the Clyde River, and it kept me cozy the whole time. I followed the size guide, and the fit is spot on—really nice to swim in. I'm super pleased, it's a fantastic wetsuit for the price, five stars!

Received my order super fast in just one package. I do have a suggestion though: the wetsuit shoe size was listed in metric on the site, but the shoes arrived with a UK size 11 tag. It’d be a lot simpler if those sizes lined up.

I bought a couple of C-skins wetsuits, one for the baby and another junior shortie. I'm really happy with both of 'em; they fit well, are made of good material, and most importantly, they kept the boys nice and toasty on the beaches in Cornwall!
